FY 2009 long-term care hospital prospective payment system proposed rule published in the Federal Register
On January 29, the FY 2009 long-term care hospital prospective payment system proposed rule was published in the Federal Register. As reported in the January 29 issue of Medicare Weekly Update, the display copy of the proposed rule had been previously posted on the CMS Web site.
