OIG issues review of high-dollar payments for Medicare Part A claims processed by Pinnacle Business Solutions, Inc.
On January 14, the OIG issued a report on high-dollar payments for Medicare Part A claims processed by Pinnacle Business Solutions, Inc., a fiscal intermediary serving Arkansas and Rhode Island. The OIG determined that Pinnacle overpaid providers $79,037 for six inpatient claims and $257,862 for one outpatient claim.
