CMS declines to issue national coverage determination for nebulized beta adrenergic agonist therapy for lung diseases
On December 21, CMS issued a transmittal announcing that it will not issue a national coverage determination (NCD) for nebulized beta adrenergic agonist therapy for lung diseases.

CMS issues updated data files for determining disproportionate share hospital (DSH) payments
