OIG posts Solicitation of New Safe Harbors and Special Fraud Alerts

The OIG posted its annual Solicitation of New Safe Harbors and Special Fraud Alerts in the Federal Register.

The annual notice seeks proposals and recommendations for developing new and modifying existing safe harbor provisions of the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and developing new special fraud alerts.

Comments will be accepted until 5 p.m. February 18, 2008.
