The Senior Citizen's Law Center (SCLC) sent a letter on Wednesday to The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), on behalf of 45 nationwide health advocacy groups, asking the agency to immediately address 18 alleged problems with the Medicare drug benefit.
Many dual eligibles are having difficulty finding which plan they are enrolled in because they have not been enrolled properly, said the SCLS.
