CMS increases home health payments The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently announced a proposed 2.5% increase in payment rates to home health agencies next year. CMS estimates the increase will bring an additional $330 million to home health agencies in 2006. The agency is soliciting comments on its proposal until September 6, 2005.
