Hospitals receive high rating in consumer service survey

In the latest Harris Poll, which asks consumers if selected industries "do a good or bad job serving their consumers," the hospital industry received its highest rating in the poll's eight-year history. Hospitals ranked fifth out of 21 industries, and improved 10 points from last year's survey. According to the poll, approximately eight out of 10 consumers surveyed said they believed hospitals are doing a good job serving their consumers.
