If there are two things top corporations understand and execute better than anyone, it is the recruitment and retention of quality employees.
Nursing case managers are important patient care leaders, facilitators, and coordinators in your organization’s culture. They affect quality of care, patient satisfaction, and overall morale. When case managers do not stay at a facility, the cost of orientation and training becomes exaggerated, ultimately affecting revenue flow, discharge planning throughput, identification of patient flow barriers, and clinical documentation improvement initiatives.
The demand for a specialized case management professional in a competitive healthcare environment frequently requires a director or the HR staff to outsource recruitment.
Developing a trusting relationship with a specialized recruitment firm is one of the steps to success and helps to quickly bridge the gap when organizational and local searches for candidates are not successful.
The widened circle of recruitment possibilities and identification of potential candidate matches that may come through such an established relationship increases the chance of finding the right professional and cultural fit for your organization.
