If there are two things top corporations understand and execute better than anyone, it is the recruitment and retention of quality employees.
Jack Welch, former General Electric CEO, once said, “If we don’t get the people thing right, we lose; it is the most important thing in all our businesses.”
This point of view is magnified in the healthcare industry. Across the board, directors of case management programs and CEOs have become increasingly aware that the “war for talent” is more than just a catchphrase. This is highlighted by the current challenges in recruiting and retaining experienced case management professionals.
