Senators unhappy with VA response to quality of care at IL VAMC

Senators Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Barack Obama (D-IL) of Illinois issued a statement this week voicing dissatisfaction with the current response to information regarding Marion VA Medical Center surrounding an increased number of patient deaths.

Among the questions asked in the senators' statements is a request for follow-up information on citations from The Joint Commission and other accreditation agencies.
