BIDMC posts Joint Commission survey results

As mentioned in CEO Paul Levy's blog previously, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center has posted the results of its recent Joint Commission unannounced survey online, accessible to both staff and the public, a precedent-setting decision among accredited hospitals.
Levy also published his message to BIDMC's staff in his blog discussing the areas noted in the report for improvement and lauding their efforts.
