Joint Commission names director of Division of Standards and Survey Methods

On June 11, The Joint Commission named Amy Panagopoulos its director of the Division of Standards and Survey Methods. In her role, she'll develop standards and survey methods by talking with people in the field and listening to their expert opinions and advice.
Panagopoulos has worked in other leadership positions, most recently working for the Illinois Foundation for Quality Healthcare as the director of Acute Care Services.
