Surveyors asked pharmacy staff at Henderson (TX) Memorial Hospital the following questions during its January survey:
1. What is your turnaround time on medication orders?
2. How do you handle adverse drug events?
3. How do you handle medication orders?
4. What happens to medication order reports?
5. How do you handle after-hours pharmacy access?
6. How long does it take for a pharmacist to verify an after-hours medication order from a supervisor?
