Your peers work overtime on JCAHO compliance

While the majority of your peers say they are satisfied with their salaries, they also feel that overall, health care staff do not receive sufficient compensation.
Of the 65 respondents who participated in this year's BOJ salary survey, 53% are happy with what they make, while 66% say that people in their field should make more.
