Telemedicine prepublication standards released

The Joint Commission has published its prepublication standards for telemedicine (LD.04.03.09 and MS.13.01.01) to their website here. If this link doesn’t work, you can also copy and paste the URL below into your web browser.

For LD.04.03.09, the changes effect Elements of Performance 1-10 and 23; for MS.13.01.01, Element of Performance 1 is effected.
According to The Joint Commission web site, the pre-publication standards are retroactively effective August 1, 2011.
