Website hosts combined efforts for improving medical labs
Accreditation Connection, June 10, 2011
Lab Advantage ™ has launched a new web site to help highlight the concerted efforts of The Joint Commission, the American Proficiency Institute (API) and the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
The site is a sort of aggregate for services for medical laboratories in the areas of accreditation, proficiency testing, and education.
Lab Advantage was originally launched in 2003 with the intent of combining the efforts of The Joint Commission, API, and ASCP and create new educational opportunities for labs.
For more information, visit the The Joint Commission’s website.
