Joint Commission releases latest educational video

The Joint Commission has released the latest in a series of short animated videos in its Speak Up ™ line. This latest video focuses on educating patients to be more interactive at their doctor's office.
The video focuses on such problem areas as medication lists, asking appropriate questions, and fully understanding one's own care and treatment.
