Having Confidence in your contractors' performance
Part 5 of 7
Review your process
As you review your written contracts, think about all the elements of performance and your requirements to verify whether the language covers the critical aspects. Some items to consider during your contract and performance reviews are listed. See how your process stacks up:
- Did the appropriate clinical and medical staff have the opportunity to offer input or advice regarding the services provided through the contract? It’s important to take into consideration the need for clinical services provided by reviewing the current pain points against the expectations.
- Is the nature and scope of services clearly outlined? This includes the type of staff involved in performing the service and how the direct management will occur.
