New FAQ published for lab services standards

The Joint Commission has published a new Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) clarifying a common point of confusion under its laboratory services standards (CAMLAB). The FAQ discusses in detail how accredited organizations must use all six methods of competency assessment specified in the CLIA regulations for every non-waived test.
