Having Confidence in your contractors' performance
Part 2 of 7
A look at services provided
As you look at all the services provided by the hospital, ask yourself whether you are providing them internally or externally. A good idea is to review all the services you offer at a general management meeting since a broad base of departments will be represented.
Go through the process systematically. Once compiled, review your list periodically for accuracy. The surveyors will be asking for it so it makes sense to be ready and have it available. You don’t want them to find any services that weren’t on the list during the onsite evaluation process.
