The Joint Commission releases most challenging requirements of 2009

The Joint Commission has published a list of the most challenging requirements identified in 2009. Included in the list are standards such as RC.01.01.01, LS.02.01.10, and EC.02.03.05.
The list is made up of the top five most challenging standards identified as "non-compliant" from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. To view the complete list, as well as additional information on these standards, visit The Joint Commission’s Frequently Asked Questions page.
