Lawyer association publishes checklist for pan-flu preparedness

The American Health Lawyers Association has released a checklist legal issues tied to pandemic flu preparation.
The checklist, Community Pan-Flu Preparedness: A Checklist of Key Legal Issues for Healthcare Providers, was co-sponsored by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and is intended to address legal impediments, gaps, and implementation challenges in the event of a pandemic.
