Q: How specific should facilities be when defining disruptive behavior and the facility's code of conduct and acceptable behaviors in connection with LD.3.10 (effective January 1, 2009)? Our facility has been specific, listing approximately 10 behaviors to avoid, but our risk management arm does not think this is necessary. Is this too much or does it go beyond what the elements of performance (EP) are asking for?
