Comment period open for Joint Commission's program for organized specialty clinical services

The Joint Commission has posted its draft standards for a new Healthcare Services Certification program. This program is intended to provide standards and improvement solutions to organized specialty clinical services.
The standards will be available for comment through April 8, 2008. They are scheduled for launch in August 2008.
