Change in hospital leadership follows threat of lost accreditation

State officials announced changes in leadership at the Morganton, NC-based Broughton Hospital following the hospital's potential loss of accreditation, the Charlotte Observer reports.
The changes come on the heels of a Joint Commission survey, which issued 29 recommendations for improvement, in such areas as patient restraint and infection control..
