Ernest Amory Codman Award application available online

The Joint Commission has announced that applications for the annual Ernest Amory Codman Award is now available at a new Web site.
The Codman Award recognizes excellence in performance measurement in healthcare facilities. The winning facilities demonstrate excellence in the use of process and outcomes to improve performance and quality of care at the facility.
